Hands of Praise

In pain, we cry, "Lord, Why?" Your plan is our confidence But it hurts Jesus, bring comfort in sorrow Our hearts ache to know the why, We don't understand, but we try to trust. We cry, "Lord, make Yourself known! Help our weakness and unbelief!" We Cry, Our Hearts Cry. Lord, You alone can heal. Guide us to Your embrace. You mold and grow us through pain and grief. I recently reread a poem written by a missionary to Peru back in the 1930's and onward.
