I'm Here....Its almost like I can finally breathe again...the relief I felt last night was for getting here successfully...I had a self-imposed, stressful day yesterday, but now I'm at peace. :) It feels like home....
I'm sure at some point I will miss my friends, family, Virginia, etc., but right now, I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. The knowledge and feeling that you are exactly where God wants you is an incredibly peaceful and hopeful place. :)
As I was reading Ephesians this morning, I really took to heart the prayer that Paul prays for the believers at Ephesus in Ephesians 1:17-18. It would seem that the prayer was more salvation minded, but he was praying for believers, so I apply it to myself in a variety of ways that it matches my needs right now. I am making this a prayer for myself and am asking that all of you use this as a prayer for me too:
I pray/ask "[T]hat the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you(me) a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of him, having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope to which he has called you,.."
